I’m Sandy, a former corporate girl and workaholic turned dedicated wife and stay-at-home mom focused on supporting new moms through motherhood.
🚀 I am on a mission to uplift the voices of stay-at-home moms so they can feel seen, recognized and connected.

- First time mom to a rambunctious boy toddler
- I live with my husband, son and pup named Gigi in the San Francisco Bay area.
- Obsessed with self-care and self-development.
- Advanced coaching training at the Co-Active Training Institute.
- On a mission to help stay-at-home moms to find meaning and balance in their lives.
- I love anything and everything matcha!
I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed as a first time mom, to feel like you had the rug pulled out from underneath you when you suddenly become a parent. After my first son was born, my world changed overnight. My heart grew with each passing day as I saw this tiny human grow right before my eyes. A year later, I found myself without a job after my company went through a massive layoff and I suddenly was landed the official title of “stay-at-home mom.” Initially, I felt relief from no longer having the stress that came with a corporate job and grateful for the extra time with my son.
But as I soon realized, being a stay-at-home mom is not all rainbows and sunshine. It is by far the most demanding and time-intensive (yet most rewarding) job I’ve had. With my hectic schedule, I found myself having less time for myself and feeling unfulfilled. Until one day, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and begin living my life more intentionally.
I started to carve out time for myself, voicing my needs, setting boundaries, building healthier habits and taking control over my time.
I’m not going to lie. Some days are still hard. But since I’ve created a system of habits that nurture my mental health & wellbeing, I have been able to create a well-balanced life that I love.

I created The Mamabee with the intention to document my motherhood journey and build a community of stay-at-home moms while inspiring and connecting with other like-minded mamas around the world.
Every week on my blog, I share a variety of resources and personal stories that cover healthy lifestyle inspiration from productivity tips, busy mom recipes to managing our mental load for stay-at-home moms.
